In order to reduce the Asset Managers workload, CapFields has created a department which takes care of performing certain types of fiscal reports which are then certified by registered organisms. With the help of a network of Auditors, Lawyers and Banks, CapFields endeavours to enlighten the interpretation of the law in force for anybody. This approach thus enables Asset Managers and Fund Service Providers to regularly be informed of regulatory changes and sensitize their operational and sales teams, allowing them to choose the most suitable methods.
